This website provides general information about LYNNAGEN and allows visitors to request product information or demonstrations. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security.

The workspace

The workspace is a service for qualified clinical and laboratory professionals. By creating a profile you confirm that you are such a professional or act under one's responsibility, that the details you give are true, and that you keep your sign-in to yourself. A workspace's owner is responsible for who they invite into it.

Clinical use

LYNNAGEN is clinical decision-support software. It supports the interpretation of genomic findings; it does not diagnose, treat or replace the judgment of a qualified physician or laboratory. Every output is a draft for professional review, read against the public sources installed at the time, which change as evidence accumulates. The final interpretation, and every decision taken on it, remains with the responsible professional.

Your data

You are responsible for having the consent and the authority to process the genomic and clinical data you bring into your workspace, and for not entering patient-identifying information where it is not needed. How the service handles data is described in the privacy notice and on the security page. Do not submit protected health information, genomic files, clinical records or credentials through the public website.

Payment

A profile is created at no cost. Cases are paid for case by case: a plan includes a number of cases in each billing period, and more can be bought in packs; every case queued takes one place, and a case that fails or is cancelled before it runs gives its place back. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Prices are shown before anything is bought.

Availability and changes

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability; analysis depends on the laboratory workstation being online. LYNNAGEN may change the service and these terms; a changed version of the terms is shown for acceptance at the next sign-in.

Website materials

LYNNAGEN website content, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Website information may change and is provided without guarantees of suitability for a particular purpose.
