Columns left unchosen are not read. With a parent, the case reads which parent each allele came
from, after checking on the genome that the samples are related as stated.
This run cannot be cancelled; it will finish shortly.
Re-interpret with today's evidence
The alleles, genotypes and annotation of this case are re-read; ClinVar, the gene–disease sources, the criteria and the review tiers are applied as they are today. A new case is written beside this one and lists what changed. A whole genome takes minutes, not hours.
Five-tier pathogenicity stays primary. Pathogenicity remains the main classification axis. The primary five-tier assertion hierarchy remains stable and auditable.
Patient relevance stays distinct. Phenotype and disease-context relevance remain visible and scannable, but they do not silently overwrite pathogenicity.
Technical evidence stays separate. Depth, genotype quality, allele balance, and alignment metrics remain auditable quality signals rather than hidden filters.
Clinician / laboratory decision remains final. Final interpretation remains with the qualified clinician or laboratory reviewer.
